Not seeing an update?
Carrier scans can take a few hours to appear after pickup, and international shipments are often not scanned while in the air.
Find your number
The AWB is on your booking receipt and in the customer portal. The 3PL number is printed under the barcode on the shipping label.
Held in customs?
Customs may ask for an invoice, product details or a duty payment. Call us with your AWB and we'll deal with the carrier's brokerage team.
