Do small parcels to the US pay duty now?
Yes. The $800 de minimis exemption is suspended for courier and air shipments, so every parcel entering the US is assessed duty on its full value — including samples sold or sent free. Use the US duty calculator to see the amount before you ship.
What is the difference between DDP and DAP?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): you, the shipper, pay import duty and taxes, and the buyer receives the parcel with nothing to pay. DAP (Delivered at Place): the receiver pays duty and taxes before delivery. We book both — tell us which your buyer expects.
Which number do I use to track my courier?
Either your JNJ airway bill number from the booking receipt, or the 3PL number printed under the barcode on your label — both open the same JNJ tracking. You can enter up to five numbers at once on the tracking page.
How is chargeable weight worked out?
We charge on whichever is greater: the actual weight, or the volumetric weight — length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 5,000 for each carton. Compact, well-filled cartons keep the courier cost down.
What documents do I need to export from Pakistan?
A commercial invoice with HS codes and values, a packing list, and the shipper's NTN or CNIC. For commercial consignments we file the export goods declaration for you. See the document checklist.
How long does a courier from Pakistan to the USA take?
International express from Sialkot or Lahore to the USA usually takes 4–7 working days door to door, depending on the city and customs clearance. The UK and Europe are typically 3–6 working days, and the Gulf 2–4.
Can I book shipments myself?
